Poulan Pro BVM200VS
Hard to start
Your producted claims to be able to have an easy start but i have had trouble from the beginning, I was in the Landscrape business for 20 years and love all your products but i now have a heart problem and can not use my backpack blowers. I bought this so I can easlier toblower off my roof and gutters. I think the problem is with the gas bubble tyat you pump up it takes more then 5 times to get the gas to flow up to carb.. then takes about 10 pulls with your hand on the trigger to start , my have a vaccum issue.I hope i help you to find the problems.

Recently purchased the Poulan Pro Blower/Vac about a month ago, which works fine to this point. The Vac however has a tricky latch that is very frustrating to open each time. I realize there is a danger when the impellar is operating, but I think the latch is unnecessary, or an easier to open latch design should be on the drawing board.
The Vac tubes and bag are somewhat awkward to atttach when the engine/impellar is not running, and would be impossible to attach with the engine/impellar running - which I presume is the reason for the guard and latch. Puzzled Owner!

Waste of Money!
i purchased the Poulan Pro BVM200VS at the end of the summer 2013 to replace a TroyBilt Blower I had used for several years. My first mistake was to buy this product, my second mistake was to keep the stupid thing! The blower will start pretty good the first time you start it up for a use. After that it is a comedy of product. It stops running when the gas tank gets about half full. It just stops. So you gas it up and then try to restart it. Good luck with that. You will end up waiting for about 30 minutes before it will start again. Then you run out of gas in a very short amount of time and repeat the process. I will never buy a Poulan product again.

I purchased this blower/vacuum new sept 2013. The first few times I used it the blower worked perfectly. When the first cold weather set in I attempted to start blower following directions. I pulled cord and it didn`t retract. A few min. later it retracted all by itself. I pulled again and the cord didn`t retract. I still have the same problem which I know Poulan will exchange this one for me.

Used this product twice and the starter pull spring broke. Unfortunately I had stored it for two years before using it. Warranty had run out before I even started using it. Would cost more to repair it than buy a new one. Poor product.

Poorly Designed Unit
Gasoline leaks from the weep hole in the gas tank cap when used as a vacuum since this part is tilted down and toward user as instructed in the user manual. Everytime I use this machine as a vacuum my pants get soaked with gasoline.
