This is the best chain saw I've ever bought it started the first time after 5 pulls . it now starts the second pull. It also cuts good no problem going through the toughest tree.

Auto chain oiler
Need to keep an eye on the auto oiler for it seems to clog very easily. Only used the saw a few times and already wasted a blade do to clogging.

Beats any gas chain saw out there!
My father bought one of the Poulan Pro 400e's and loved it so much he bought a second one just to have on hand. He does a lot of personal land clearing and it does the job easily. He paid around $80-90 for them and said he'll never go back to a gas chain saw again.

Great for cutting small trees and pruning around the garden
Beats the hassle and weight of a chain saw when all you need to do is cut a small tree or trim large and small branches. It has a manageable weight and generates plenty of cutting power without the noise and hassle of gas powered chains saws. The chain tension adjustment feature is particularly handy and eliminates the need for a wrench. The durable housing holds up well and the saw has plenty of cuting power.

Plug It In and Go...
Some reviews here refer to the "gas" engine, so I think they are in the wrong place. This is a great little chainsaw and for smaller trees and branches is easy to use, light weight and performs well. The only draw back seems to be the chain does loosen up after a while no matter how tight you make it. So check it to spec every time you use it. The chains do dull after appropriate use but only run about $5.00 to sharpen. This is an overall easy to use work horse if you are not planning on cutting down "giant redwoods", I do recommend it.

not what i expected
Good saw, cranks easily and runs somewhat quite for a 2stroke. Cons: lacks power and torque and chain dulls very fast, and no I didn't hit dirt! I give it a 6.5 out of 10.
