great saw
I have owned this saw for 2 years, I have cut trees that should have been too big for this saw with ease. I have never owned a chain saw before but i will probably never own another brand. It is easy to start the chain does come off every now and then but is fast to put back on with the tooless option. Gas cap is a pain but I just take it off with a screwdriver.Great saw will recommend to friends.

easy to use
I bought a pro unit and it work great, easy to start, relatively light weight and good power. however it doesn't do very well against florida palm trees, the stringy nature of the trees here in florida clog up the chain and oiling area. but because the chain saw is easy to tear down clearing out the debris doesn't take too long.

Runs well
Only my second chainsaw. I really like the chain tensioning feature and it starts easily for a two stroke. Happy with my purchase and will recommend.

Stuck with a lemon!
I purchase this saw from Home Depot last June '11 and have less than 2 hours of operating time on it. During that short amount of time, the engine siezed, requiring me to removed the starter rope assembly and spark plug so that I could manually crank the engine with a wrench to free the siezure. The chain frequently falls off the bar while in operation, despite repeated tightenings of the bar knob.
It's also very hard to start and doesn't want to stay running whenever the saw is rotated for making lateral cuts. It easily bogs down when making cuts.
I have 30 years experience using chain saws and this one, by far, is the most disappointing tool I have ever owned.

handling was good
I wouldn't buy another one that for sure, I use mine 3 times it won't start anymore It ran great then started giving me problems I am giving up on them

Good small saw
I use the saw for blocking wood and as of yet have not had any issues. The saw is two years old and works excellent. Remember this is only a 35cc saw so do not expect it to perform like a 50cc.

Great value and performance
I've had my PP3516AX chainsaw for almost a year now. I've owned 2 other chainsaws in my life and they both didn't live up to my expectations. My Poulan Pro has exceeded any hopes I've had. It is dependable, easy to service, and makes short work of any yard project I've used it for.
If I had anything negative to say about it, it would be the tension on the chain seems to loosen up from time to time, but I just monitor it while in use and adjust it accordingly. This is a well made saw and a great value for it's price. It recommends itself, as my friends who have used mine go out and get one of their own.

RUNS AND STARTS GOOD. HAS GOOD POWER AND SO FAR NO PROBLEMS.
