PP4218AVX Chainsaw user freindly
I hate chainsaws, usually hard to start, the chains are a constant chore, not so with this unit. It starts easily, runs great, enough power to cut logs wider than the 18" bar, and it is extremely easy to adjust the chain. I got it because I donate my time to a church cutting wood for less fortunate families. When I tried to use the saw furnished by the church it usually took an hour to get the thing running. Today I show up, follow the simple starting instructions on the say and in two or three pulls I am ready to go. A great saw, great value, and I now have a chainsaw I like. Thanks

Quites Running.
This saw will not stay running. Is always stalling out. I feal like I have wasted my money on this one.

The chainsaw works exactly as expected
The day I purchased the item, I took it home, took it out of the box, followed the instructions, and it did the job without any problems. Very happy that it required no assembly and performed as expected.

Great performance with a minor glitch or two
Easy to start. Fast cutting. Love the "no tools" chain adjuster.
One fault...I found the choke and On/Off switch difficult to operate with leather work gloves on, which most people would wear when using a chain saw.

Its a Poulan need I say more
My Poulan performed great just like I expected. I have owned Poulan product before. I knew what name brand I was going to get when I needed a chainsaw.

So far so good!
It doesnt seem to perform as good as my "Wild Thing",(very approprietly named) did, which unfortunetely got stolen,However, all I have cut with it to date is a very large white pine from my front yard, the sappy damp pine I think is a challenge for most saws of this caliber but it got the job done. The only problems were one fouled plug, maybe in part of the brand of 2 stroke oil I used and the mixture was from last fall, and a dull chain from dirt and sap. Some fresh oil/gas mix and sharpen the chain and I anticipate the Poulan Pro will give me all the performance I need.

very unhappy
had the chainsaw sent to me because i really needed to use it but it wouldnt oil the chain so i took it to the shop to be fixed and they have had it for 3 weeks now not very happy
