Works great but key start This is a great lawn mower if you do not need the key start, it stop working after 3 months. Very bad customer service when calling about the issue. December 17, 2013
New owner four cuttings on very variable terrain It came completely assembled, owners manual is comprehensive. Large rear wheels makes handling easier. Used mulching and rear bag twice each, pleased with no clumps from mulching and bag has great pickup capacity of debris. Have 5000 sq ft with woods surrounding home on a hillside. Instruction in manual for manual start states, pull slow until resistance, then pull hard and it starts right up after priming. Used thicker washers for rear wheels to increase vertical alignment. I leave key out of ignition until need to start to keep charge longer. August 14, 2013
Me and my Mower I have approx 1/2 acre to cut on the average of 1 a week, it always starts and walks me through the yard at a easy but progressive pace it's quite and easy to use and start. clean up is quick and easy May 6, 2013
Good Product This mower meets all the needs I wanted in the price range. It does a great job at mulching, the high wheels are great for turning on hilly terrain and you can feather the self propel feature to match your walking speed. Read you manual, perform basic maintenance and use fuel stabilizer, I have not had one single problem with this mower going on my third season. April 26, 2013
poulan Pro I have had my lawnmover for a year and the cable for the safety shut off lever broke. It broke on the inside under the protected coating June 23, 2012
Easy to start Handle is the worst I have ever used. Mowing for 40+ years. The handle has an indent and should have a foam cover where your hands grip. Starter line should attach in center of middle brace of handle so it will not catch on fences or walls. Mower deck and blade should extend out beyond the wheels so you can mow close to walls and fences. June 20, 2012
Outside USA We live in Ecuador and have imported this machine ourselves. We are using this machine for cleaning 2 hectares cacao and it works fabulous. The only problem is getting spare parts (I need new front wheels), wich is normal for the way we use the machine. From Ecuador, A. Meddens May 31, 2012
The Poulan Pro is easy for me to operate and maintain while my husband is deployed. We have owned our push mower for almost four years and I've never had an issue with my Poulan Pro 625, ever! The Owner's Manual is well written and provides a detailed process for doing the maintenance or any repair yourself. For me, having user friendly instructions to follow for an oil change, spark plug replacements, etc. is a blessing. Many other manuals that I've seen tend to be more disorganized making the process unnecessarily complicated. It is nice to know that I can confidently do its maintenance on my own while my husband is deployed. He has peace of mind that the manual will give me all I need to take care of his equipment. Anytime that I have called Poulan for clarification, my call and question(s) were answered promptly. I love our Poulan Pro 625! May 26, 2012
