Do not buy
I bought this product last year and did not use due to the warm winter. This year I pulled out the unit twice and tried to use it. While it started right up the blades stopped on anything over 1" or if it was not extremely dry snow. It was actually faster to shovel it than to use this product. Don't waste your money on this product.

Handled 30" of snow...with a little help from a shovel.
We were blessed with 30" of snow this weekend and used this little monster to help dig us out. Although the height of snow was too much, we used a shovel to pull down the snow into a managable height and the Poulon did a magnificent job of blowing it away. It was light enough for us to carry up to our 2nd story deck and cleared off in about 30 minutes. Our only challenge was that we've had to replace 2 sets of bolts because they came loose and were lost. We replaced with non-standard parts as an interim solution.

The PR621 is a Snow Beast
I was able to effectively clear 8 inches of wet snow off my 40ft driveway in half the time of my neighbors! I've used a comparable snow thrower of a different brand in the past and it would easily get bogged down in similar conditions. Not the PR621! Considering the size of the unit, you are getting a ton of power. You really wouldn't expect a unit of its size to have that much power, but it does.
I have recommended this unit to family and friends, and would recommend it for any homeowner in a typical residential neighborhood.

POULAN SNOW THROWER
Used 4 times and the muffler broke off. Good unit but seems unreliable.

Great snowblower but cheap parts - broke first time used
Snow blower 621ES arrived fine, assembled easily. First use - 4" snow, used it for one-half hour and a cheap plastic wheel cracked and collapsed. Impractical to ship it back. I'll have to fix it.
Great disappointment because the power and snow-throwing capability is great.
