Love it however the free oill that came with it in the box leaked all over the owners manual.

The gas cap is very difficult to get on the cap will not start straight and if it is not on properly the fuel leaks out.

I have had this trimmer for almost 2 years now, use it sometimes (summer) 2-3 times a month and have never had a problem starting it, and when the grass and weeds get high, it chomps through them with no problem. Of course, you have to give it max throttle but that goes without saying. It is a very reliable unit. Not crazy about buying the automatic trimmer spools since winding 2 lines at once is a pain.

trimmer runs and works great, was a little hard to start at first, but once it started it has not been an issue.

Do not buy at all. If you see one, run from it.
I have a poulan pro pp125 that needed some repairs and it's gonna cost me more to repair than buying a new one. The parts are hard to get in Canada except one store that doesn't have all the parts. I had to call a few times in US to know from the carbs company where to get the part, finally after 1month and ... I received my carb kits, cuz carb is around 85-90$ delivered. Then others cost, when I went at my repair shop, he told me everything is repaired but I can't adjust the carb cuz you need a special tool from poulan to adjust it (wich the catch 22 is that they only sell that tool to autorized dealers from them..... Bring the $$$$ again) You can buy the tool in Canada from only one or two website wich is 80$ + shipping. What a bad adventure with that weed eater... Still not fix...

I have purchased (2) of PP125, first was leaking oil from somewhere, second one clutch went out, both things happened on second use.

This is the best trimmer I have ever owned, cuts thru heavy grass and weeds, and can still deal with fine trim work.

Poor Service,Awful Warranty
Purchased PP125E when problem arose w/ unit awful time finding authorized service personnel, and when you do find they want to charge you to diagnose problem, don't bother with customer service they could care less. I wont buy another POULAN OR HUSQVARNA product.
